1. Learning Styles
Everybody has a preferred way to learn. Maybe you learn best by hearing the material, maybe you learn best by reading, or by doing. This is called your learning style. Knowing and understanding your learning style helps you learn better. By identifying your learning style, you will be able to build on your strengths and improve your learning.
1. Take the Adult Learning Style Profile.
Once you have identified your learning style, you will read about ways to improve your learning by using your favorite pathway to learning whether it is visual, (by seeing), auditory, (by hearing), or kinesthetic (by doing).
